Include the date, airport, flight time and flight number if available. State whether you are departing or being picked up after arrival. Flight time and pick-up time are different details; make sure both are confirmed.
State passengers and luggage
Include travellers, suitcases, hand luggage and any special items, such as a pushchair. Discuss any assistance needed in advance. Have us confirm that the van's capacity and facilities suit your enquiry.
Agree the meeting point
Airports may have designated pick-up areas. Agree where you will meet the chauffeur and how to contact each other. Ask what to do in case of delays or changes. Waiting time and charges follow your booking arrangements.
Include your return journey straight away
Already know your return plans? Include those details too. Check that both journeys, pick-up addresses and special requirements appear in the proposal.
