Prepare your journey carefully
Start with the event
Note the name, venue and start time. Decide your preferred arrival time and pick-up location. Dining beforehand? Include the restaurant address and departure time in your enquiry.
Confirm your group
Check the number of travellers and whether everyone is being picked up at the same address. Extra pick-up points affect the route and journey time. Have us assess which schedule is feasible.
Discuss the return journey too
An event may finish late. Agree the pick-up time, meeting point and waiting time. At busy venues, vehicles may not be able to reach the entrance. Agree a practical meeting point instead.
Check what your transport includes
Admission tickets, dinner and packages are not automatically included in the transport. Check what the proposal covers. Report changes so we can discuss their impact on your journey.

Accept the proposal and receive our booking confirmation. An enquiry alone is not a reservation.

Maybach VIP Travel offers two chauffeur-driven Maybach vans for private and business occasions. We discuss your travel plans and what is needed to tailor the transport to them.
Can the chauffeur return afterwards?
Request both journeys together. We will confirm the options and arrangements.
Can we go to a restaurant first?
Share the restaurant address and preferred times so we can discuss the route.
Can we be dropped off at the entrance?
That depends on access and local rules. We will agree practical drop-off and pick-up points.
What if the event finishes later?
Discuss possible delays in advance and report changes as soon as possible. The confirmed arrangements for the service and waiting time apply.
Are admission tickets included?
Only if explicitly agreed. The standard service is chauffeur-driven transport.
