Discuss stops and waiting time
There may be gaps between journeys during photos, the ceremony or dinner. Discuss whether the chauffeur waits or returns later. Ask what happens if things run late and have the arrangements included in the proposal.
Check the confirmation
Check the date, addresses, times, vehicle and service. Have decoration and special requests confirmed too. That way, everyone works from the same arrangements.
